A 30% deposit is required at the time of placing your order. This enables us to begin working on your custom order. The balance can be paid to our team-member at the time of the job’s completion.

All our products are custom made. This ensures the highest level or quality and service, so you can be certain your window furnishings will fit perfectly and be just the right colour and texture.

Custom made products are higher in quality and made to individual measurements and colour selection, whereas ready made furnishings are made in standard sizes. For this reason, ready made alternatives may not fit your window accurately, and also generally come with a limited choice of colours.

We can usually source the fabric for you, but we’ll need some details about the fabric in order to find the supplier and availability. If we can’t get the exact fabric you want (unlikely), we’ll endeavour to find you the perfect alternative from the thousands of fabric choices we have available.

Curtains are required to have a care label attached which specifies how that particular fabric is to be cleaned. Refer to your care label, usually found in the top corner of your curtains, for instructions.
